We believe in an upside down approach to legal practice
We tackle the legal problem by turning it around 360 degrees. Almost like a wine master twirling a glass of wine in a glass. As such we see perspectives of the problem that others will not see a way out. We believe that for every legal problem there exists an applicable legal solution.
The two directors of the company are Daan Mostert and Linda Skosana
Daan holds a Baccalareus and a LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch, He also holds a Master of laws degree from Unisa in personality as well as criminal law. He has been in private practice since 1993.
Daan enjoys the independence that legal practice brings as well as the legal challenges associated therewith.
Daan is a member of various professional organisations. These include the Institute of Directors, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) (international) as well as the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA). He also served a number of years on the Investigating Committee of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.
He has a solid client base over a broad spectrum, from State Owned companies, business men and entrepreneurs, as well as persons in the street.
Linda Skosana obtained a Baccalareus and a LLB degree from Wits University. He enjoys general legal practice and specializes in labour related matters. He is also a member of the Gauteng Housing Tribunal.
